When and How to Use Public-Private Partnerships in Infrastructure: Lessons From the International Experience

Abstract: This paper is excellent both as a primer on Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) and as a guide to effective PPP policy design. Engel, Fischer, and Galetovic taught me some basic facts about PPP usage around the world.
