WhatsApp messenger, workload and satisfaction with work-life balance among employees of a Malaysian government office

Abstract: This research was performed using cross-sectional survey with the participation by one hundred (100) respondents among staffs of a Malaysian government records and pensions office. This study comprised of four analyses: reliability analysis, descriptive analysis, Pearson's correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis to measure the relationships between independent and dependent variables.
