What would a trauma-informed workplace ideally look like in legal aid? A qualitative perspective from lawyers

Abstract: Lawyers experience disproportionately high levels of poor mental health outcomes compared to other professions. This persistent problem can be explained, at least in part, by the fact that current initiatives are not adequately addressing the impact of trauma (from clients and lawyers).
