What the Mobile User Objective System will bring to UHF SATCOM

Abstract: The Operational Requirements Document (ORD) for the Mobile User Objective System (MUOS), the replacement for the current UHF MILSATCOM, requires a great increase in communication capacity and Quality ofService (QoS).
