What is group dynamics?

Abstract: Over the past year, the Associate Editors and I have been considering the scope and focus of Group Dynamics: Theory, Research, and Practice. We have grappled with questions such as: what is an appropriate article for the Journal, and what are the boundaries of this Journal's article submissions? We have also communicated with authors about the best ways to prepare and present their studies that increases the likelihood of favorable reviews.
