Abstract:Motor fluctuations can be seen even during treatment with continuous levodopa-carbidopa intestinal gel infusion (LCIG). We report on a middle-aged man with advanced Parkinson's disease (PD) on LCIG in which motor fluctuations have been improved with an anticholinergic.
