What Are the Causes of Late-Life Depression?

Abstract: Overview The rapid increase in the numbers of older adults worldwide makes a focus on mental disorders and aging both timely and imperative. According to the 2010 census, in the United States, there were 40.3 million adults aged 65 years and older. This number represented an increase of 5.3 million over the 2000 census.
