Abstract:In 2012, the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) received an NSF ADVANCE Institutional Transformation grant to improve the career advancement of women. The National Technical Institute for the Deaf, one of RIT's colleges, had over 30 Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) female faculty members.
