“…and B an inorganic one, the perovskite is considered as hybrid organic-inorganic. On the contrary, if A is inorganic (mostly Cs + ) the perovskite is all-inorganic.Hybrid organic-inorganic metal halides (HOIMHs) have been extensively investigated for a wide range of applications, such as photovoltaics [2][3][4][5][6][7], light emitting diodes (LED) or lasers [8][9][10][11][12][13], radiation detection [14], and down-converting phosphors [15][16][17]. Interesting carrier transport properties have been observed in Pb-and Sn-based 3D halide perovskites [18,19].…”

“…The two main peaks of GO samples were D bands (1352 cm −1 ) and G bands (1590 cm −1 ), which were moved slightly to 1341 and 1591 cm −1 in the rGO sample. Note that the D band is attributed to flaws such as disordered sp 3 bonded carbons and edges, and the G band relates to in‐plane stretching of ordered sp 2 bonded carbons [26]. When compared with the rGO samples, the Raman spectra of ZnO@rGO nanomaterials exhibited both G (~1349 cm −1 ) and D bands (~1594 cm −1 ), indicating that the construction of rGO was retained in the ZnO@rGO nanomaterial.…”

“…The nanometer dimensions of the ZnO nanowires result in the accurate tuning of the resonant frequency, while the much larger (e.g., few millimeters) diameter of the quartz allows straightforward interfacing, simple handling, and packaging. Interestingly, ZnO is also widely employed for surface acoustic wave devices, so that our approach could be easily extended to this important class of electromechanical resonators. , Moreover, the proposed approach can obviously be extended to other methods for growing ZnO nanowires or other quasi-1D nanostructures or composites …”
