Wellbeing as Defined by Resident Physicians: A Qualitative Study

Abstract: The importance of resident wellbeing is increasingly recognized by the ACGME as essential. While prior studies have quantified wellbeing/burnout, few have defined wellbeing from the resident–physician perspective.
