Welcome-Technologies as a Tool Adaptation of Workers in a Medical Institution

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to present the results of a study of the practice of using modern technologies for personnel adaptation in medical organizations repurposed for the treatment of patients with a new coronavirus infection, and to propose technologies for personnel adaptation based on taking into account the specific working conditions of employees, which will reduce the loss of an employee's time to receive the necessary information, the time of colleagues and management to clarify typical questions, the risks associated with the mistakes of the newly hired employee, increase his awareness, reduce the costs of the institution and achieve the necessary work efficiency in the shortest possible time. The subject of the research was the practice of carrying out the adaptation process and the methods and technologies used in it. Research methods: observation of the adaptation process, analysis of documents and statistical data, sociological survey in the form of a questionnaire survey of leaving employees. As a result of the analysis of the data obtained, problems were identified in the quality of adaptation, which leads to instability of personnel. The study of the documents showed the essence and shortcomings of the regulatory, organizational and technological support of this process. It is recommended for a more productive implementation of adaptation to use modern welcome-technologies that ensure the entry of a newly hired employee into a medical institution. The proposed technologies will minimize the loss of time of objects and subjects of management, personal contacts, increase awareness and, in general, the productivity of the process. The main provisions and conclusions of the article can be used in the practice of managing the adaptation of a medical institution.
