<span>The requirements selection in the development of a software mostly requires a set of criteria. Determining the criteria used is often confusing because of the many criteria that must match with the characteristics of the project. This study introduces how to classify criteria based on benefits, opportunities, costs, risks (BOCR) to make the requirements prioritization process scalable. Project context characteristics and stakeholder perspectives are essential points discussed in this study because they are crucial in the requirements prioritization process. The criteria obtained from the literature review were followed by a survey to determine the importance of the criteria and their grouping in the BOCR using the decision tree method. There are 38 criteria and are grouped into four categories. There are two very significant criteria with a high level of importance, namely business value and stakeholder satisfaction. A decision tree based on BOCR can be used to classify the criteria for requirements prioritization. This research contributes to assisting software developers in finding and determining the criteria operated during the prioritization of requirements. Additionally, it is important to consider the project context and the collaboration the client and developer when prioritizing requirements.</span>

Layanan sistem antrian di di Rumah Sakit mengalami masalah bahwa antrian layanan lebih lama dari pada pelayanan kesehatanya sendiri. Atas dasar hal tersebut dibutuhkan sebuah model yang mampu memberikan layanan antri yang tepat sasaran dan memberikan rasa keadilan kepada pengantri. Dalam paper ini digunakan 10 kriteria untuk menentukan prioritas antrian yakni: Faktor Risiko Penyakit, Biaya Perawatan, Tenaga Medis, Peralatan Kesehatan, Waktu tunggu, Jarak Domisili Pasien, Usia, Jenis Kelamin, Jumlah pasien yang dilayani diunit yang dituju dan Keputusan Pimpinan. Ke-10 kriteria ini agar diperoleh hasil yang lebih objektif dikombinasikan dengan Group Decision Making Tipe 2 (GDM2) dan metode entropy untuk mengevaluasi antrian model Multiple Channel Model (M/M/s). Jumlah loket layanan sangat berpengaruh terhadap jumlah antrian dan waktu layanan. Kesimpulan yang didapat bahwa menambah jumlah loket layanan sebanyak dua kali lipat dari akan memangkas 1/2 dari jumlah orang yang dilayani per-satuan waktu pada setiap jalur antrian terutama direntang waktu antara jam 8.00 wib s.d. 10.00 wib. Selain itu berdasarkan penilaian Decision Maker (DM) dalam kelompok pengambil keputusan, kriteria biaya adalah faktor paling penting atau kritis ketika memberikan prioritas layanan diikuti dengan kriteria keputusan pimpinan dan faktor risiko penyakit. Penambahan kategori-kategori penyakit yang berbahaya dalam sistem antrian dapat membuat sistem ini menjadi lebih baik.

The dissemination of information through technology promises an opportunity to increase speed and work efficiency. However, with the abundance of information does not necessarily make it easier to get information. Therefore, an application to provide information based on user interest was studied in this research. Information recommendation is derived using the Weighted Sum Model (WSM) method which has the ability to assess more precisely based on predetermined criteria and preference weights. Interest theory used in this research is the Holland Codes which states that humans have six types of interests, namely realistic, investigative, artistic, social, enterprising, and conventional. The application built had been tested for Universitas Multimedia Nusantara students and administrators (i.e. Student Affairs and Public Relations of Student Executive Board) based on End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. Based on the research results, the value of user satisfaction is 79.87% which means that it can satisfy the users' needs.
