Weighted Parameterized Correlation Coefficients of Indeterminacy Fuzzy Multisets and Their Multicriteria Group Decision Making Method with Different Decision Risks

Information about the relative importance of each criterion or the weights of criteria can have a significant influence on the ultimate rank of alternatives. Accordingly, assessing the weights of criteria is a very important task in solving multi-criteria decision-making problems. Three methods are commonly used for assessing the weights of criteria: objective, subjective, and integrated methods. In this study, an objective approach is proposed to assess the weights of criteria, called SPC method (Symmetry Point of Criterion). This point enriches the criterion so that it is balanced and easy to implement in the process of the evaluation of its influence on decision-making. The SPC methodology is systematically presented and supported by detailed calculations related to an artificial example. To validate the developed method, we used our numerical example and calculated the weights of criteria by CRITIC, Entropy, Standard Deviation and MEREC methods. Comparative analysis between these methods and the SPC method reveals that the developed method is a very reliable objective way to determine the weights of criteria. Additionally, in this study, we proposed the application of SPC method to evaluate the efficiency of the multi-criteria partitioning algorithm. The main idea of the evaluation is based on the following fact: the greater the uniformity of the weights of criteria, the higher the efficiency of the partitioning algorithm. The research demonstrates that the SPC method can be applied to solving different multi-criteria problems.

Group Decision-Making Method with Incomplete Intuitionistic Fuzzy Preference Relations Based on a Generalized Multiplicative Consistent Concept

Based on the analyses of existing preference group decision-making (PGDM) methods with intuitionistic fuzzy preference relations (IFPRs), we present a new PGDM framework with incomplete IFPRs. A generalized multiplicative consistent for IFPRs is defined, and a mathematical programming model is constructed to supplement the missing values in incomplete IFPRs. Moreover, in this study, another mathematical programming model is constructed to improve the consistency level of unacceptably multiplicative consistent IFPRs. For group decisionmaking (GDM) with incomplete IFPRs, three reliable sources influencing the weights of experts are identified. Subsequently, a method for determining the weights of experts is developed by simultaneously considering three reliable sources. Furthermore, a targeted consensus process (CPR) is developed in this study with reference to the actual situation of the consensus level of each IFPR. Meanwhile, in response to the proposed multiplicative consistency definition, a novel method for determining the optimal priority weights of alternatives is redefined. Lastly, based on the above theory, a novel GDM method with incomplete IFPRs is developed, and the comparative and sensitivity analysis results demonstrate the utility and superiority of this work.

Safety Risk Assessment of Overturning Construction of Towering Structure Based on Cloud Matter–Element Coupled Model

Rapid urbanization has led to a surge in the number of towering structures, and overturning is widely used because it can better accommodate the construction of shaped structures such as variable sections. The complexity of the construction process makes the construction risk have certain randomness, so this paper proposes a cloudbased coupled matter-element model to address the ambiguity and randomness in the safety risk assessment of overturning construction of towering structures. In the pretended model, the digital eigenvalues of the cloud model are used to replace the eigenvalues in the matter-element basic element, and calculate the cloud correlation of the risk assessment metrics through the correlation algorithm of the cloud model to build the computational model. Meanwhile, the improved hierarchical analysis method based on the cloud model is used to determine the weight of the index. The comprehensive evaluation scores of the evaluation event are then obtained through the weighted average method, and the safety risk level is determined accordingly. Through empirical analysis, (1) the improved hierarchical analysis method based on the cloud model can incorporate the data of multiple decisionmakers into the calculation formula to determine the weights, which makes the assessment results more credible; (2) the evaluation results of the cloud-based matter-element coupled model method are basically consistent with those of the other two commonly used methods, and the confidence factor is less than 0.05, indicating that the cloudbased physical element coupled model method is reasonable and practical for towering structure overturning;(3) the cloud-based coupled element model method, which confirms the reliability of risk level by performing Spearman correlation on comprehensive assessment scores, can provide more comprehensive information of instances compared with other methods, and more comprehensively reflects the fuzzy uncertainty relationship between assessment indexes, which makes the assessment results more realistic, scientific and reliable.
