Wegener Granulomatosis: Otologic Manifestation as First Symptom

Abstract: Introduction Wegener granulomatosis is a systemic vasculitis affecting small and medium-sized vessels of the upper and lower respiratory tract and kidneys. Objective To describe a case of Wegener disease with atypical manifestation.
