Wegener Granulomatosis: Case Report of Facial Prosthetic Rehabilitation

Abstract: Wegener granulomatosis (WG) is a systemic, autoimmune disease histologically characterized by granulomatous vasculitis that affects the upper and lower aerodigestive tracts and glomerulonephritis. The purpose of this study was to restore the esthetic aspect of a saddle nose modified by WG. The clinical case is on a prosthetic rehabilitation in a 53-year-old woman with a severe nose deformity resulting from WG.
