Weed Management in Linseed: A Review

Abstract: Slow initial growth makes linseed crop more vulnerable to weed infestation, which requires proper attention to obtain expected plant growth and yield. Control of weeds at early stages play a vital role for attaining robust plant growth that results in higher yield. Depending on location and method of cultivation, various types of weeds such as broad leaf, sedges and grasses are found in linseed field.
