Wechselwirkung kleiner, geschützter Peptide mit Aminopyrazolderivaten: effektive Verkappung von β‐Faltblattmodellen in der Gasphase

Abstract: Bindungsmotive von Aminopyrazolderivaten mit verschiedenen Peptiden in der Gasphase wurden durch die Aufnahme von massen‐ und isomerenselektiven IR/UV‐Spektren untersucht. Die Effizienz der Verkappung von β‐Faltblattmodellen wurde durch die Analyse der H‐Brücken bestimmt (siehe Bild). Dies liefert Informationen zu intrinsischen Eigenschaften sich bildender Aggregate, wie sie auch in Proteinfaltungskrankheiten auftreten können.
