With the tremendous increase of web services published online, the problem of selecting the best service offers becomes more challenging. Users need to make their decisions on multiple and conflicting non-functional requirements. It is a natural fit to apply the Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) theory to the service selection and ranking process. In our proposed QoS-based service selection system, we take the user-centric standpoint to design the system. We improve the original MCDM models so that the user requirements on the QoS criteria are included in the rank calculation process. Our proposed QoS weighting method considers the well-defined ANP method combined with the user-defined weights. We compared the improved selection methods and we found that the Constraint Programming method is the best in terms of its sensitivity to the changes made to the QoS weights. Consequently, the results produced from this comparison would be presented to the user.

Tantangan big data meliputi proses perolehan, penyimpanan, penelusuran, pembagian, pemindahan, analisis, dan pemvisualan data. Web based menjadi salah satu contoh dari penerapan big data. Saat ini user dari seluruh dunia mengakses web. Banyak informasi yang dapat diambil dalam penggunaan web seperti halaman apa saja yang sering diakses user, waktu akses user yang paling sering, dan kata kunci yang sering digunakan dalam pencarian web untuk mendapatkan domain web yang dituju. Untuk sisi keamanan informasi, dapat diketahui bagaimana cara sebuah halaman web telah di-deface atau telah disisipkan file tertentu oleh user dari luar sehingga user luar dapat mengambil informasi yang sensitif serta apakah web tersebut pernah digunakan untuk mengakses sql injection. Dalam penelitian ini dianalisa domain uinjkt.ac.id yang memiliki sekitar 72 sub domain dan perlu untuk dimonitoring. Metode yang digunakan adalah Rapid Application Development. Dari hasil pengujian didapatkan bahwa subdomain sudah dapat dimonitor dan terdapat beberapa user luar mencoba akses hack ke situs UIN. Kedepannya penelitian ini dapat ditingkatkan untuk alert dan tindakan pencegahan atau pemblokan akses.

Architecture design of a software product line includes a lot of decision of how the variability component will be implemented. The decision corresponds to the requirements of the architecture specifications. Furthermore, most of the decision may have dependency between components. However, only some research devoted to address the quality attributes. In this paper, we propose a new approach that hybrid the Analytical Network Process to model the decision, which addressed the quality attributes. In our method, first, the software component derives from the feature model by the domain expert. Then, groups the components to specific quality attributes. Subsequently, models the dependency of quality attributes in the ANP model. We use a eLearning Product Line Architecture to demonstrate the feasibility of our approach.
