Abstract. Through web mashups, web designers with even little programming skills have the opportunity to develop advanced applications by leveraging components accessible over the Web and offered by a multitude of service providers. So far, however, component selection has been merely based on functional requirements only, without considering the quality of the components and that of the final mashup. The quality in this context results from different factors, such as the software API, the contents, and the user interface.In the literature, quality criteria for the different aspects have been proposed and analyzed, but the adaptability and dynamicity that characterize the mashup ecosystem require a separate and focused analysis.In this paper, we analyze the quality properties of mashup components (APIs), the building blocks of any mashup application, and define a quality model, which we claim represents a valuable instrument in the hands of both component developers and mashup composers.

A common challenge faced by many software and Web organizations is to have a clear establishment of a measurement and evaluation framework for quality assurance programs. A well-established measurement and evaluation framework might rely on a sound conceptual (ontological) base. Besides, organizations could succeed if resulting measurements and evaluations are tailored to their information needs for specific purposes, contexts, and user viewpoints. In this paper, we discuss our measurement and evaluation framework so-called INCAMI that stands for information need, concept model, attribute, metric and indicator, which is also based on our proposal of the metrics and indicators ontology. Without appropriate metadata of metrics and indicators, it is difficult to ensure that measure and indicator values are repeatable and comparable among organization's projects. Moreover, analyses and comparisons could be performed in an inconsistent way. The present work tries to highlight about the usefulness of this framework and strategy as well as to discuss why INCAMI can be a more robust and engineered framework than others. Finally, given the aim of this special issue on aggregation operators and models, where they fit into the framework to model and compute, partial/global indicators are highlighted.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini evaluasi website livingetcindonesia.com untuk mendapatkan kualitas website apa saja yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kepuasan user sebagai media online majalah Livingetc dan sejauh mana tingkat kepuasan user terhadap penyajian website Livingetc. Kriteria PENDAHULUANKemajuan teknologi telah membawa perubahan pada industri media mulai dari mengumpulkan, menghasilkan, dan menyampaikan informasi. Sistem media tradisional mendistribusikan informasi melalui media cetak seperti koran dan majalah yang memerlukan siklus proses penyampaian informasi dengan mengubahnya menjadi bentuk cetak untuk disampaikan ke pelanggan. Kemajuan teknologi telah mengubah industri media dari bentuk cetak menjadi digital yang membuat pengumpulan dan distribusi informasi menjadi semakin mudah yang dikenal sebagai media baru [6].Website telah menjadi hal penting dalam kehidupan dalam beberapa tahun untuk memberikan berbagai informasi. Website telah tumbuh dengan cepat dalam berbagai lingkup dan penggunaanya, dengan didukung kemajuan internet dan teknologi web dan standar web yang berkembang. Banyak website yang ada saat ini tidak memperhatikan kriteria pembuatan website yang baik dan benar, meskipun panduan kriteria untuk membuat website yang baik telah beredar secara gratis. Menurut survei Unica, website digunakan sebesar 57% untuk menyampaikan informasi ke pelanggan [24]. Website menyajikan informasi yang lebih cepat dan muktahir kepada pelanggan tanpa harus melalui media cetak terlebih dahulu.Livingetc sebagai salah satu media dengan segmentasi pasar interior design dan gaya hidup tentunya tidak mau ketinggalan dalam memanfaatkan website dan media sosial sebagai sarana komunikasi terhadap pelanggan. Website majalah Livingetc bagi pelanggan di Indonesia dapat diakses melalui www. livingetcindonesia.com dengan media sosial facebook di www.facebook.com/livingetcindo dan twitter di LivingetcIndo. American Advertising Federation (2006) mengadakan survei untuk menentukan efektivitas media yang memicu pelanggan untuk mengunjungi suatu website.
