Résumé L’Internet a bouleversé le monde politique. Nous nous penchons sur la question de la visibilité - le nombre de résultats retournés par les moteurs de recherche - et de sa relation avec d’autres métriques de succès politique. Nous identifions six dimensions de l’espace numérique pour lesquelles nous développons des indicateurs de la visibilité des candidats à l’élection présidentielle américaine de 2008. Les indicateurs sont très fiables pour les nouvelles, les blogs et le web social.
