Abstract: COVID‐19 highlighted interconnections between questions of identity and citizenship, vulnerability, and inclusion in / exclusion from systems of care in times of crisis. Migrant workers from Nagaland State, Northeast India, were disproportionately impacted by the pandemic's socio‐economic consequences.
