“…Based on this theory, we argue that receiving support to participate in training programs for digital skills can boost employees' positive perceptions about their organization, motivating positive behaviors to reciprocate. Thus, this study argues that providing a digital-training program is essential to forming a valuable resource that will foster employees' positive attitudes and behaviors since this program can provide employees with valuable skills and the knowledge of how to deal with difficulties, such as work-family issues when working remotely (Nachmias and Hubschmid-Vierheilig 2021).
