Abstract: Migration has been a defining topic in the discourse in Germany since the so-called “refugee crisis” in 2015. Yekeen [8] analyzed the Nigerian presidential news broadcasts; Griebel and Vollmann [9], and Samaie and Malmir [10] studied the construction of the image of a particular group in the mainstream media of Western countries.
