Abstract: Wavelength‐dispersive X‐ray fluorescence (WD‐XRF) is a somewhat conservative technique, staying in one raw with the traditional X‐ray diffraction method. It seems even unfashionable to apply such heavy, huge, energy‐consuming, and totally costly instruments nowadays.
