Watermelon Profilin: Characterization of a Major Allergen as a Model for Plant-Derived Food Profilins

Abstract: Background: Plant profilins have been reported as minor allergens. They are a well-known pan-allergen family responsible for cross-reactivity between plant-derived foods and pollens.
