Water Vapor Retrievals from Spectral Direct Irradiance Measured with an EKO MS-711 Spectroradiometer—Intercomparison with Other Techniques

Abstract: Precipitable water vapor retrievals are of major importance for assessing and understanding atmospheric radiative balance and solar radiation resources.
