Water-dispersible cationic polyurethanes containing pendant trialkylphosphoniums

Abstract: Water-dispersible, cationic polyurethanes containing pendant trialkylphosphoniums demonstrated desirable properties in broad applications from thermoplastic elastomers to nucleic acid delivery vectors.
