Extrinsic compression was the cause in 3 (9%; wearing a Fitbit and typing for several hours [1], handcuffs [1], and prolonged pressure on the forearm while comatose [1]). Intrinsic compression from a cyst near the SRN was the cause in 2 (6%).…”
