Abstract:Purpose:The authors describe a rare case of bilateral central retinal vein occlusion (CRVO) associated with Waldenström macroglobulinemia (WM). Case summary: A 60-year-old man presented with headache and a decrease in visual acuity in the right eye for 1 year.
