Abstract:Blockage due to thrombus in Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI) causes complete ischemia and necrosis in areas supplied by blocked arteries. Rapid revascularization with Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) will decrease myocardial damage. The left ventricle function is an important outcome during PCI.
