Several approaches have emerged to support the development of mobile web applications (apps). Front-end frameworks (FeF) have emerged to support developers in the construction of responsive mobile web apps. However, these frameworks do not provide resources to handle easily variables of the context of use and to deal with different modalities of interaction. Considering this gap, we proposed the HyMobWeb, an approach that assists developers in working with these aspects. By grasping the popularity of the FeFs, HyMobWeb proposes a flexible and reusable approach based on FeF structure. It works with a hybrid approach that treats the adaptation in two phases. The static one, performed in the development time, allows developers to implement the resources of adaptation. The dynamic one performs the adaptation during the run-time. In this article, we present the HyMobWeb dynamic adaptation approach. As end-users are the receivers of the dynamic adaptation our evaluation was carried out in the perspective of this audience. The results showed that the adaptations regarding the context of use were the ones that presented more impact on the user experience. We concluded that the HyMobWeb dynamic adaptation provides ways to enhance user interaction in mobile web apps when compared with RWD resources.

Touch interaction on mobile devices suffers from several problems, such as the thumb's limited reach or the occlusion of targets by the finger. This leads to offsets between the user's intended touch location and the actual location sensed by the device. Recent research has modelled such offset patterns to analyse and predict touch targeting behaviour. However, these models have only been applied in lab experiments for specific tasks (typing, pointing, targeting games). In contrast, their applications to websites are yet unexplored. To close this gap, this paper explores the potential of touch modelling for the mobile web: We present a toolkit which allows web developers to collect and analyse touch interactions with their websites. Our system can learn about users' targeting patterns to simulate expected touch interactions and help identify potential usability issues for future versions of the website prior to deployment. We train models on data collected in a field experiment with 50 participants in a shopping scenario. Our analyses show that the resulting models capture interesting behavioural patterns, reveal insights into user-specific behaviour, and enable predictions of expected error rates for individual interface elements.

In the world of the Internet where people are consuming web-content, more and more emphasis is placed on user friendliness of web-pages. It means increasing web-page usability and better user-experience. Increasing quality of userexperience (UX) is the task of UX developers. They should always base their work on the best practices and research. Each webpage has its own specificity and it leads to new challenges for the UX developers. One of the biggest issues is the problematic view of a web-page on specific devices with specific web-browser versions. Tools for capturing user behaviour are available, but there are issues with data ownership and with the development of new functionality. Actually, there are no free easily scalable and extendable products for user data gathering on the market. In this paper, implementation of architecture (based on Spring Boot microservices) for capturing web user behaviours with feedback propagation is introduced. Architecture implementation is easily scalable and extendable. All of the components are described in detail. At the end of this paper, summary and limitation of created architecture is discussed. Webalyt is helpful for understanding user behaviour and improving user-experience.
