Abstract: RESUMENEl análisis de diferentes pizarras paleozoicas ha permitido establecer una correlación positiva entre el contenido en materia orgánica, así como en hierro, y su coloración, medida con un reflectómetro.. Las curvas que mejor se ajustan a los datos obtenidos son las de tipo hiperbólico, con coeficientes de correlación superiores a 0,9.
