Vulvar pruritic papules in a 10‐year‐old girl

Abstract

Cutibacterium acnes infection should be raised in the presence of one or more inflammatory adenitis, willingly fistulizing, with granulomatous reaction in anatomopathological examination. The diagnosis is based on the growth of the bacteria in the lymph node culture. The evolution is frequently favorable with prolonged antibiotic therapy.
