Vulvahypoplasie bei einem Alpakacria – Erstbeschreibung eines Falls in Deutschland

Abstract: ZusammenfassungEs wird erstmals über die klinische Symptomatik, Diagnostik und Therapie der angeborenen Vulvahypoplasie bei einem Alpakafohlen in Deutschland berichtet. Das Cria war bei Aufnahme in die Klinik 24 Stunden alt und zeigte ein gestörtes Allgemeinbefinden und Kolik. Die Hypoplasie der Vulva führte zu einer Harnabsatzstörung, was Sekundärkomplikationen in Form einer Urovagina mit Harnstau bis in die Nierenbecken bedingte.
