VP16.06: Left atrial isomerism associated with genetic microdeletion syndrome

Abstract: At 35 weeks gestation a 32 year old G1P0 woman presented with abnormal FHR late decelerations and abnormal fetal imaging showing severe right ventricular hypertrophy. She had been taking high doses of acetaminophen for symphysis pubis pain 10-12 doses of 500 mg per day for over 8 weeks. Fetal echo was performed in labour and delivery and showed no congenital heart defect and near occlusion of the ductus arteriosus
