Different authors have reported the association of tumour and cecal volvulus in left column [15] , tumour and ascending colon volvulus in splenic flexura [16] tumour and ascending colon volvulus in the transverse colon [17] , rectosigmoid tumour and cecal volvulus [18] and rectal tumour with sigmoid volvulus [19] .
