Voluntary exercise influences metastatic organotropism in a murine colorectal cancer model

Abstract: Background Physical activity is associated with a lower risk of colorectal cancer (CRC) and CRC-specific mortality. However, evidence for a causal relationship between physical activity and disease progression is lacking.
