Abstract: Opioid-alcohol polysubstance use is prevalent and worsens treatment outcomes. Here we assessed whether co-consumption of oxycodone and alcohol influence the intake of one another, demand for oxycodone, and the neurocircuitry underlying cue-primed reinstatement of oxycodone-seeking.
