Abstract:Volatile compounds are important determinants affecting fruit flavor. Previous study has identified a bud mutant of ‘Ehime 38’ (Citrus reticulata) with different volatile profile. However, the volatile changes between WT and MT during fruit development and underlying mechanism remain elusive.
