Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome associated to hypothyroidism revealed by myocarditis

Abstract: Purpose: Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada (VKH) syndrome is usually defined as an uveo-meningitis who may be associated with auditory and cutaneous signs. Association of VKH syndrome and autoimmune thyroiditis is uncommon. Observation: A 28-year-old man was admitted with thoracic pain due to myocarditis.
