Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada Disease Presenting as a Schizophrenia Spectrum Disorder: A Case Report

Abstract: Introduction: Numerous autoimmune disorders accompany with psychosis. The Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada (VKH) disease is an autoimmune disease with no reports about its concomitance with psychosis so far.
