Abstract:A osteodistrofia hereditária de Albright é caracterizada por calcificações cutâneas, obesidade, baixa estatura, braquidactilia associada ao pseudo-hipoparatireoidismo do tipo IA entre outras alterações hormonais como hipotireoidismo e hipogonadismo. O diagnóstico é baseado no quadro clínico associado aos achados de hipocalcemia e níveis elevados de hormônio da paratireóide. Os autores relatam caso em que a avaliação dermatológica foi de grande contribuição para o diagnóstico.
