The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the entrepreneurial school program from the aspect of evaluating context, input, process, and product (CIPP) with the existence of an entrepreneurial school program to support entrepreneurship subjects in vocational schools. The CIPP evaluation model is one type of model that can analyze the success rate of implementing the Entrepreneurial Printing School (SPW) program. The results of the evaluation analysis that have been carried out state that the SPW program at SMK Negeri 1 Tanjung Pinang based on the context aspect has a conducive environment to make the school a driving force for entrepreneurship, with the existence of creative products for students and teachers, has a business management department and a marketing department both retail and online. input from this program students starting from class X in various majors have been prepared to have an entrepreneurial spirit by making captains and danru in each class to carry out entrepreneurship programs and to support entrepreneurship subjects, teachers who teach entrepreneurship subjects are teachers who on average have businesses and have an entrepreneurial background and have good infrastructure, the process aspects of the activities are carried out in accordance with the guidebook that has been determined by the Directorate of Vocational Development (PSMK) and is carried out well, the product aspects are (1) Formation of the SPW team; (2) Socialization of the SPW program in the school environment; (3) SPW program product exhibition activities; (4) Fostering entrepreneurial activities; (5) Increasing student competence in digital marketing; (6) The creation of student entrepreneurial activities independently; and (7) Evaluation of the SPW continuation program.

Kompetensi kewirausahaan kepala sekolah memiliki peranan penting dalam membangun budaya wirausaha di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan implementasi kompetensi kewirausahaan kepala sekolah dalam membangun budaya wirausaha di SMK Negeri 2 Balikpapan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa SMK Negeri 2 Balikpapan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa strategi yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah. Pertama, strategi pengelolaan kantin yang hanya optimal pada 6 bulan pertama saja, selanjutnya yang masih bertahan hanya pada jurusan Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran. Kedua, program kewirausahaan dalam kegiatan Dies Natalis. Dalam kegiatan ini semua terlibat dalam kegiatan kewirausahaan. Ketiga, kegiatan kewirausahaan Sabtu dan Minggu yang mendapatkan antusias dari siswa. Keempat, kegiatan PCR (Pekan Cinta Rasul) yang telah eksis. Kelima, kegiatan toko unit produksi namun masih kurang melibatkan siswa dalam kegiatannya. Keenam, toko kewirausahaan yang eksis berkat sinergi antara guru dan siswa. Ketujuh, toko suvenir yang mewadahi potensi siswa dalam membuat suvenir. Dari kegiatan tersebut terlihat ada kegiatan usaha yang bersinergi dengan siswa, namun tidak semua maksimal sehingga menjadi budaya kewirausahaan yang dapat menghasilkan karakter wirausaha.

Penelitian ini merumuskan permasalahan apakah ada pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi STKIP PGRI Bangkalan. Tujuannya untuk menguji teori yang mengatakan bahwa faktor keluarga sebagai salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi minat berwirausaha. Metode penelitiannya dengan menggunakan SPSS untuk menguji validitas reliabilitas dari kuesioner, uji asumsi klasik meliputi uji normalitas, uji heteroskedasitas, dan uji linearitas, dan uji gignifikansi uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan kategori tinggi pada lingkungan keluarga dan kategori sangat tinggi pada variabel minat berwirausaha. Analisis regresi dinyatakan dapat dilakukan pada kedua variabel dengan uji normalitas, uji heteroskedasitas, dan uji linearitas yang memenuhi kriteria pengujian untuk dilakukan analisis regresi pada kedua variabel tersebut. Uji t menunjukkan t hitung 7,786 > t tabel 1,974 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, artinya H1 diterima yaitu ada pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan antara variabel lingkungan keluarga (X1) dengan minat berwirausaha (Y). Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,267 atau 26,7% arinya 26,7% dari minat berwirausaha dijelaskan oleh lingkungan keluarga, 73,3% dijelaskan variabel lain yang tidak masuk dalam penelitian.Kata Kunci : Lingkungan keluarga, Minat berwirausaha This research investigates whether family environment has influence on entrepreneurship interest among economics education students of STKIP PGRI Bangkalan. It is designed to test the theory proposing such causal relationship. This research employed SPSS to test the questionnaires validity and reliability, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, linearity test and significance test (T-test). The result showed that family environment has proven to be a factor influencing entrepreneurship interest with the former variable fell into high category while the latter variable came into very high category. T-test showed that T-score 7.786 > T-table 1.974 with significance score 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that H1 was accepted or there was a positive and significant influence of family environment variable (X1) toward entrepreneurship interest (Y). Coefficient of determination was 0.267, meaning that 26.7% of entrepreneurship interest was affected by family environment whereas the remaining coefficient (73.3%) was influenced by other factors not taken into account in this research.Keywords: family environment, entrepreneurship interest.
