The main purpose of this research is to determine the mediating role of work engagement in the effect of agile leadership behaviour on the level of organizational identification. In order to realize the purpose of the research, data were collected from 419 five-star hotel employees, operating in Turkey/Antalya province, using the convenience sampling method, by survey method. The obtained data were analyzed with the structural equation modelling program. In the study, it was determined that the agile leadership style had a significant and positive effect on the level of work engagement and organizational identification, and at the same time, the work engagement had a partial mediating role in the effect of the agile leadership style on the organizational identification levels of the employees.
