Vivências e experiências pedagógicas no museu: um espaço de formação docente

Abstract

This article presents the problematizations resulting from a research carried out during the extension action entitled "Teacher Training Cycle at the Museum (TTCM)", developed in partnership between the Faculty of Education of the Minas Gerais State University, Belo Horizonte University Campus (FaE/UEMG-CBH) and the Museum of Natural History and Botanical Garden of the Federal University of Minas Gerais (MHNJB/UFMG) in 2019. Presenting a synthesis of the three meetings held, this article has the general objective of establishing contributions to the recognition and strengthening of the educational processes that are inserted in the museum space, according to the opinions of the participants of the action, which were collected and analyzed from evaluation sheets. Among the conclusions, it was possible to apprehend from the research results that non-school spaces, such as the MHNJB/UFMG, an open-air space with diverse and specific environments, they enhance interdisciplinary teacher education by offering new insights to the teaching and learning process, especially regarding the possibility of further exploration of the contents that make up the curricula school.
