Abstract: Guras or Rhododendron wine and its distilled form (Raksi) are popular traditional and therapeutic drinks served in the Rhododendron growing regions of the Himalayas, mainly in the northern and northeastern part of India, Nepal and Indo-Nepal Singalila ridge.
