Abstract:Vitamin D, the so called sun-shine vitamin, is a hot topic currently, with number of studies proclaiming its benefits for several non-skeletal illnesses including cancer, cardiovascular diseases, autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, dementia, and diabetes.
