Abstract: The involvement of vitamin D (VD) signaling in atypical antipsychotics (AAPs)‐induced metabolic disturbances has been previously established. This study aims to elucidate the role of VD in maintaining endoplasmic reticulum (ER) homeostasis and its impact on AAPs‐induced metabolic adverse effects.
