Abstract: Chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) is a large group of heterogeneous diseases characterized by extensive inflammation of the nasal mucosa and sinuses. Vitamin D (VD), as an immunoregulatory hormone, may play an important role in the pathophysiology of CRS.
