Abstract:Objective: analyze the relationship between Vitamin D levels and aerobic capacity in obese adults, through a systematic review registered in PROSPERO under ID CRD42022321595. Methods: 4062 articles were evaluated, with 06 meeting the criteria. Results: They indicate a association between high Vitamin D levels (≥ 30 ng/mL) and aerobic capacity, up to 4.7 Mets.
